Your Support Makes Knowledge, Care, and Hope Accessible to More People

My work brings together psychology, counseling, philosophy, mindfulness, disability, research, and lived experience with one purpose: to deepen our understanding of the human experience and transform that understanding into something meaningful for others.

Your support helps me continue my independent writing, future research, books and publications, psychoeducational resources, and accessible mental health education. It also gives me greater freedom to explore questions that may not always fit within traditional academic or commercial boundaries—but may still matter deeply to the people living them.

Whether you choose to donate, purchase and share my books, engage with my work, or simply pass an idea along to someone who may benefit, every form of support helps this journey continue.

Where Your Support Goes

Contributions may help support research and educational expenses, book development and publication, website and resource development, accessible educational materials, professional development, and future projects connecting mental health, disability, philosophy, mindfulness, and human well-being.

A Commitment to Purpose

My learning and research will always remain connected to the well-being of the people I serve. I believe knowledge has its greatest value when it moves beyond theory—when it helps someone understand themselves more deeply, reduces suffering, protects dignity, or opens a new possibility for growth.

If my writing, research, or ideas have brought value to your life, you are welcome to help make the next chapter possible.

Your support empowers me to reach, serve, and support more people
—especially those who might otherwise be unable to afford the help they need.

I also believe that a person’s ability to seek support should not be determined entirely by their ability to pay. As my professional practice develops, part of my long-term commitment is to provide free or reduced-fee services to individuals experiencing financial hardship who would otherwise be unable to afford support, whenever professionally and financially possible.

Your support helps make that vision more sustainable.

Contributions may support my independent writing, research, books and publications, psychoeducational resources, accessible mental health education, professional development, and future community-focused initiatives. They may also help create greater capacity for me to dedicate time and resources to pro bono or reduced-fee services for people who need support but cannot reasonably afford it.

Whether you donate, purchase, or share my books, engage with my work, or simply introduce these ideas to someone who may benefit, every form of support contributes to a larger goal: making knowledge and meaningful human support more accessible.

My learning and research will always remain connected to the well-being of the people I serve. I believe knowledge has its greatest value when it moves beyond theory—when it helps someone understand themselves more deeply, reduces suffering, protects dignity, or opens a new possibility for growth.

If my work has brought value to you, your support can help me extend that value to someone who may not otherwise have access to it.
